- Do you take control of my computer or need my passwords?
- No. During a screen-share session, you remain in control and enter your own passwords. With message help, I give you the steps and you complete them on your computer.
- What kinds of computers can you help with?
- I help with macOS, Windows 10 or 11, and supported Linux setups. The exact apps and features available depend on your computer, so I help you choose the version that actually works on your machine.
- What does it mean to connect files, email, or other tools?
- Some AI apps can be given permission to work with selected files or services. Not everyone needs this. I explain what the connection does and help you set up only the access you choose.
- What about privacy?
- You decide what to connect and what information to use. I explain the privacy and data-sharing settings available in the app, and you keep control of your accounts and passwords.
- Do I need a paid ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini account?
- Not always. Some desktop features and connections may require a paid plan. I help you understand what is available with your account before you decide whether an upgrade is useful.
