Live one-on-one ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini setup — by screen share

Some things are faster to show than to explain over text. This is a private remote video call — never an in-person visit — where I watch the screen you choose to share and personally walk you through the setup from start to finish.

No special meeting software or advance setup is required. We use a normal video call such as Zoom or Google Meet. You share only the screen you choose, enter every password yourself, and remain in control of your computer while I explain each step in plain language.

Purchase live screen-share help — $250/hr

Checkout purchases your first hour and gives me the contact information needed to arrange the call. Your screen is never recorded. You are never charged for more time unless you deliberately purchase another hour.

This is the option most people move to after they’ve tried figuring something out alone and hit a wall — a setting that doesn’t look like the tutorial described, a permission prompt that felt too risky to click without knowing what it actually does, or a setup that technically finished but clearly isn’t working the way it’s supposed to. Instead of guessing from a description, I can see what happened on the screen you share and help fix it directly.

Why live, instead of messaging back and forth

Text and email work well for a specific question. But some things — getting a tool set up correctly the first time, fixing something that’s not working the way a tutorial said it would, or getting comfortable enough to actually use it daily — go faster live. You get my full, undivided attention for the whole session, and we don’t stop until it’s actually working, not just “probably fixed.”

What a session actually looks like

1

You purchase the session and provide your contact information. I arrange a time with you and ask what you want to get working — a first-time setup, a broken connection, or a workflow such as drafting and checking email.

2

We hop on a video call at the time you booked. You share your screen — I never need control of your computer, only the screen you choose to share.

3

I walk you through it step by step, in plain language, checking in as we go so nothing moves faster than you’re comfortable with.

4

By the end, it’s actually working — not “mostly,” not “we’ll finish next time.” And you keep free lifetime email support afterward, for whenever something related comes up again.

What people usually book this for

  • Setting up ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini on their computer for the first time, correctly, instead of guessing
  • Getting one of these tools to actually draft and handle email the way they’ve heard it can
  • Fixing a setup that “sort of” works but isn’t doing what a video or article said it would
  • Understanding which tool actually fits their business, instead of bouncing between all three
  • Getting comfortable enough that they can keep using it confidently on their own afterward
  • Connecting a tool to their existing email or documents so it actually has useful context, instead of starting from zero every conversation
  • Working through a permissions or security prompt that felt too risky to click through alone
  • Setting up a repeatable habit or shortcut so using the tool becomes part of the normal workday, not a special occasion

Who this isn’t for

If you’re already comfortable setting things up yourself and just want to compare notes on advanced techniques, this probably isn’t the right fit — a specialized online community for your specific tool would likely serve you faster. This is built for getting a working setup in place with someone experienced watching over your shoulder, not for pushing an already-confident user further into technical territory.

A real example of how this goes

Say you’ve heard ChatGPT or Claude can read and draft your email for you, but every time you’ve tried to set that up, something didn’t connect right, or you weren’t sure which permission to grant, or it technically “worked” but wasn’t actually doing what you wanted. On a call, we start by looking at exactly where it broke — not from scratch, just from the point it went wrong. I explain what each setting actually does as you go, so you are not just watching someone click things — you understand why. By the end, it’s not just working — you know how to adjust it yourself next time, because you watched it get built, not just handed to you finished.

Or say the goal is simpler than that — you just want ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini actually installed and working on your computer for the first time, with no idea where to even begin. That’s just as common a starting point as the more complicated fixes. We start with what you have open right now, install whichever tool actually fits what you need, and by the end you have it running and know how to use it for the thing you came in wanting help with — not a general tour of features you won’t use.

Which tool makes sense for a live session?

Same answer as always: it depends on what you’re trying to do. ChatGPT is usually fastest to get running for general use. Claude tends to be the better choice when what you’re setting up involves anything client-facing, where getting the tone and accuracy right matters. Gemini makes the most sense if your business already runs on Google’s tools. If you’re not sure which one fits, that’s a completely normal thing to figure out together at the start of the call — you don’t need to arrive with that decided.

Is $250/hr worth it compared to figuring it out alone?

Most setups finish inside a single session, so this usually isn’t an open-ended hourly bill — it’s closer to a flat cost for getting something done, correctly, today. Compare that to the realistic alternative: piecing together mismatched tutorials over several evenings, hitting a setting that doesn’t match what the video showed, and either giving up or ending up with something that half-works. The value isn’t just the hour on the call — it’s not losing the next three weekends to a setup that should have taken forty-five minutes with someone who’s done it before.

And because free lifetime email support comes with every session, the value doesn’t stop when the call ends. If something related comes up later, you’re not starting over from nothing.

Nothing to prepare

You don’t need to know any technical terms, have anything pre-installed, or prepare questions in advance. Just show up with whatever’s on your computer right now. If you don’t have any of the tools installed yet, that’s genuinely a fine starting point — we’ll do it together. There’s no way to show up “unprepared” for this — the whole point is that you don’t need to have already figured anything out before the call starts.

Common questions

Do I need to download anything special?
No. Just a normal video call (Zoom or Google Meet) where you share your screen — nothing to install ahead of time.
How long does a session take?
Billed hourly at $250/hr — most setups finish inside one session. If something needs more time, we simply continue rather than stopping and rebooking.
Can you see my whole computer?
Only what you choose to share on your screen during the call. You’re always in control of that.
What if I need to reschedule?
Just email ahead of time and we’ll find another slot, free of charge — details on the cancellation and refund policy page.
Why does this cost more than the message option?
Not because it’s more work — because it’s live, one-on-one time that can only go to one person at once. That’s also exactly why it resolves faster: you get your guide’s full attention for the whole session instead of messages fit in between other things.
What if I get partway through and realize I need more time?
Your purchase covers the first hour. If the setup needs more time, I stop, explain what remains, and you decide whether to purchase another hour. There is no automatic extra charge.
Do I need any technical background at all?
No. If you can open a video call and share your screen, that’s the entire technical bar. Everything past that, we do together.
Is my screen recorded?
No. It’s a live call, not a recorded session — nothing is saved or stored afterward.
What if the problem turns out to be something small I could have fixed over text?
That happens sometimes, and it is fine — you still walk away with it fixed and understood. The message option page explains the difference before you purchase.
Can I book this for my team, not just myself?
This is built as one-on-one time with you, but if a teammate needs to be on the call too so everyone’s aligned on the setup, that’s fine — just mention it when you book.
