One-on-one ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini help for your business — by text or email
If you’ve opened one of these tools, typed something in, gotten a decent-but-not-great answer, and closed the tab — you’re not behind. You’re exactly where most small business owners are. The gap isn’t understanding AI. It’s having someone to ask.
This is a plain-language, one-on-one message service. You text or email whatever is actually confusing you — a setup step, a strange result, or a question about whether you are using it right. AI may help me research and draft faster, but I personally review, correct, and send every answer. No call, no calendar, and no screen to share.
Start message help — $150/hrCheckout purchases your first hour. I use the email or phone number you provide to begin during office hours. You are never charged for more time unless you deliberately purchase another hour.
Who this is actually for
Recent research on small business AI adoption found something specific: the barrier isn’t access to the tools anymore. For businesses already using ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini in some form, the top obstacles are picking the right tool, not having the technical background to feel confident, and simply not having time to figure it out alone. That’s the exact gap this fills.
You’re a good fit for this if:
- You’ve used ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini a little, but you’re not sure if you’re doing it “right”
- You have a specific question and don’t want to dig through a forum full of jargon to find the answer
- You’d rather text a question at 9pm and get a real answer than sit through a training video
- You’re not trying to become a technical expert — you just want the tool to actually help your business
What you can actually ask
There’s no wrong question here. Some real examples of what people use this for:
- “I asked it to write a client email and the tone was all wrong — how do I fix that?”
- “Should I be using ChatGPT or Claude for this kind of work?”
- “Is it safe to paste customer information into this?”
- “I set up a folder of my business info like a video told me to, but I don’t think it’s actually using it — what did I do wrong?”
- “What’s the actual difference between the free version and the paid one, and do I need to pay?”
If you’re not sure how to even phrase the question, that’s fine too — describe what happened and what you expected instead, and we’ll take it from there. A lot of the value here isn’t even the technical fix — it’s having someone translate “it’s not working right” into the actual specific setting or habit that needs to change, which is often the hardest part to do alone.
You’re not the only one stuck on this
This isn’t a small, unusual problem. Industry surveys of small business owners keep finding the same thing: once a business moves past the “never touched it” stage and actually starts using ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, the obstacles shift to picking the right tool, not having the confidence to use it well, and simply not having the time to sit down and learn it properly. Those three things — confidence, clarity, and time — are exactly what a quick message exchange with a real person fixes, faster than another article or video ever will.
Which tool should you even be using?
This comes up in almost every conversation, so it’s worth answering here too. There’s no single right answer — it depends on what you’re actually doing:
- ChatGPT tends to be the most familiar starting point, fast for brainstorming, first drafts, and general back-and-forth.
- Claude tends to be stronger when the task needs care — a client-facing email, a longer document, something where tone and accuracy matter more than speed.
- Gemini tends to make the most sense if your business already lives inside Google’s tools — Docs, Gmail, Sheets — since it’s built to work directly inside them.
Most people don’t need all three. Part of what a message session does is help you figure out which one actually fits your day-to-day, instead of bouncing between them guessing.
Why not just watch a video or read a guide instead?
Plenty of free guides exist, and some are genuinely good. The problem is that a general guide is written for everyone, which means it’s written for no one in particular — it can’t answer the specific thing you’re stuck on, in your specific situation, with your specific setup. A ten-minute back-and-forth with a real person usually resolves what an hour of searching won’t, simply because I can understand what you are describing and respond to it directly, instead of you trying to match your problem to someone else’s example.
What happens when you book
You purchase the first hour and provide your preferred email address or phone number at checkout. I respond during office hours, 8am–5pm Mountain Time, Monday through Saturday — usually the same business day. AI helps me draft and research faster; I personally review, correct, and send the response. If the question needs back-and-forth, we continue until the purchased time is used or the issue is resolved. If more work would help, I explain why and you decide whether to purchase another hour.
Every message session also comes with free lifetime email support afterward. If the same question resurfaces, or a reasonable related question comes up later, reply to our existing customer thread.
Is $150/hr worth it for a question?
The checkout starts one hour of message-based help. Unlike a live appointment, that hour can be used through shorter exchanges while we investigate, explain, and work through the issue with you. The real comparison is not “$150 versus free.” It is “$150 versus the hours you would otherwise spend searching, experimenting, and still not knowing whether you got it right.”
There’s also no ongoing subscription or retainer here. You pay for the session you need, when you need it — not a monthly fee for a service you might use twice a year. And because free lifetime email support is included, the value of a single session extends well past that first conversation — it’s not a one-time answer that expires the moment you close the message thread.
Your data and privacy
We do not ask you to hand over your business’s information. Most of what we work through is about how to use these tools correctly — settings, prompts, workflow — not your actual client data. If a question does involve something sensitive, we’ll work through it in a way that keeps your information yours.
Who this isn’t for
If you already work comfortably with ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini day to day and just want to trade notes on advanced workflows, this probably isn’t the right fit — you’d likely find the answers faster in a specialized community for your specific use case. This service is built for the gap between “aware these tools exist” and “actually using them with confidence,” not for pushing an already-confident user further into technical territory.
Common questions
- Do I need to already have ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini installed?
- No. If you don’t have any of them yet, tell us that and we’ll start from there — which one makes sense for what you need, and how to get it running.
- What if my question turns out to need a live screen-share instead?
- Sometimes a problem is easier to just show than describe over text. If that happens mid-conversation, we’ll let you know, and you can book a live session instead — no pressure either way.
- How fast will you respond?
- You can message anytime, but replies are sent during office hours — 8am–5pm Mountain Time, Monday through Saturday. Usually the same business day, often much sooner. AI may prepare a draft; I personally review, correct, and send every answer.
- What if I’m not satisfied?
- If I genuinely cannot get you set up on ChatGPT desktop, Claude desktop, or Gemini desktop, you receive a full refund. Full details are on the cancellation and refund policy page.
- Is this only for people who’ve never used AI at all?
- No — most people who book this have already tried ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini a little. This is for closing the gap between “I’ve poked at it” and “I actually trust it to help my business,” at whatever point you’re starting from.
- Do you work with any specific type of business?
- No particular industry — this is for any small business owner who wants a real person to ask, regardless of what your business does.
- What does “lifetime email support” actually cover?
- Reasonable follow-up questions related to what we worked through in your session. It’s not a separate open-ended consulting contract — it’s the natural continuation of the same help, whenever you need to revisit it.
- Can I book this more than once?
- Yes. Some people book once for a specific question and never need to again; others check back in every so often as new questions come up. Either way is fine.
If I cannot get you set up on ChatGPT desktop, Claude desktop, or Gemini desktop, you receive a full refund.
